Crispy Crunchy Filo Pie
The first Lock Down pie – it’s a bit of a cheat though, but a very tasty one!
Filo pastry is the star here, loaded with fried haloumi, courgette, mushrooms and broccoli. There’s no black pudding in sight, this one’s strictly veggie.
