Chase Distillery is Britain’s first field to bottle distillery. Their home-grown potatoes are distilled and hand crafted on the family farm in Herefordshire to create award winning Chase Vodka; which in turn gets redistilled with carefully selected botanicals to make their range of gins. Unlike most other distilleries Chase opt out of buying in readymade, neutral grain spirit and in their quest for traceability in the industry, only using locally grown ingredients from their fields, giving true provenance.

Wild seafood - including five different types of salmon, Alaska pollock, black cod and king crab – flourishes in the cold, clean waters of the North Pacific and it’s from this pristine environment that Alaska’s seafood derive their unique taste and incomparable colour.
