Peter has been a chef since the age of 16. He started his culinary journey at catering college in his home town of Eastbourne. From there Peter worked further afield, working as a young chef in recognised restaurants across Australia, New Zealand and Canada. Finally returning back home, Peter continued his career in London before finally settling in Brighton as Head Chef at The Griffin Inn, Fletching before coming on board last year as Executive Chef for Riddle and Finns.

Peter's cooking style is a reflection of his culinary journey. Having had the opportunity of cooking with some of the world's finest produce and some of its best restaurants, Peter is now in the South Coast working with passionate local suppliers ensuring locality, sustainable properties and seasonality of everything Riddle and Finns serve
