Adam Purnell, also known as Shropshire Lad, will be hosting the firepit. He is a master of cooking on open flames, he’ll be brining expert advice on creating delicious fire cooked food, plus handy tips and techniques to ensure you get maximum flavour out of your spices!

Head Chef Joshua Moroneys’ extensive experience in the world of smoked barbecue has enabled him to explore diverse cooking techniques, flavours and methods e.g. Argentinian, Texan, Afghan, Guyanese, Brazilian etc. taking British Barbecue to new heights and fusing it with an array of inspirations and experiences, in the process of developing an entirely unique cooking style.
Having worked with the likes of Brad Mcdonald, David Carter from Smokestack. Josh has fully explored the London BBQ range before taking his unique spin on it
Adam Purnell aka 'Shropshire Lad' is a self taught live fire chef who loves to showcase incredible seasonal produce with simplicity, smoke and flames.
Adam's no nonsense approach to cooking is to use the best ingredients available and look for ways to enhance and intensify their natural flavours by introducing smoke and fire to create the kind of food that he wants to eat. Expect bold flavours, disregard of calories and no messing about!
As a professional youth worker Adam's career in food crosses over and is used as a way to positively engage with some of the most challenging young people he works with. Giving up every other spare minute of his own time to his passion, running pop up restaurants, collaborationions, blogging, writing and delivering masterclasses in cooking with fire.
Atul Kochhar’s unique talent as a twice Michelin starred chef has changed the way people perceive and experience Indian cuisine.
Taking inspiration from his native India, while continuously researching regional dishes, Atul has managed to combine his heritage with his love of British ingredients to create a unique and innovative modern Indian cuisine.
Andrew was born in Whitby and grew up close by on his parents’ farm in nearby Sleights. He attended Catering College in Scarborough gaining experience working in France along the way.
After working in local hotels and restaurants, he was appointed Head Chef at the Milburn Arms at the tender age of 21. Aged 25, he took over ownership of The Star Inn at Harome and quickly fashioned this into one of the first ever ‘Gastropubs’ winning awards virtually on a monthly basis for Andrew’s cooking, which has always championed seasonal, local ingredients.
