Born out of a passion for spirits, The Custom Spirit Co. is a distillery aiming to produce unique spirits for every customer. Jase and Callum, the distillery’s founders, set out to make something delicious that everyone could enjoy. Settling on Spiced Rum as our first spirit to tackle we both came up with recipes for every occasion, with the aim of choosing our favourite to bring to market. After making hundreds of blends, and trying them all too we concluded that we were drunk and loved every blend, although mostly drunk. This is when The Custom Spirit Co. eureka moment happened, we wanted to put the customers in control and start the world's first ultra-nano-distillery, producing down to a single bottle at a time. The Custom Spirit Co. now offers a range of signature and seasonal blends as well as the first micro-contract service.
