Terms and Conditions

1. Tickets are not refundable.

2. Tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred, or resold for commercial gain.

3. Visitors will not be allowed admission to this Show without a valid ticket.

4. For the safety of visitors to the Show, the Organisers reserve the right to refuse
admission, and may, on occasions conduct security searches.

5. Please check all your tickets on purchase, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.

6. The Organisers reserve the right to alter or vary the content or timing of the whole or any
part of the Show due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control without being
obliged to refund or exchange tickets.

7. The Organisers cannot accept financial or other responsibility for any loss or liability
incurred by visitors to the Show as a result of contracts entered into by visitors with any
exhibitor or advice sought or obtained from any exhibitor.

8. The Organisers cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property
brought to the Show.

9. Visitors may be filmed or recorded for broadcast or security purposes during the Show.

10. The sale of any articles in the gangways or anywhere on the Exhibition premises is strictly
forbidden except with the written permission of the Organisers, and the Organisers
reserves the right at their absolute discretion to confiscate any such articles for
infringement of the condition.

What does the VIP ticket price include?

Our VIP tickets are the perfect treat with a variety of VIP advantages.

What’s included in a general entry ticket?

The ticket price includes entry to the festival, plus access to chef demos and all the acts on the music stage. Dishes and drinks are purchased separately.

I’ve purchased tickets but can’t find them.

You can log in to the SEE ticket portal here: www.seetickets.com/customerservice

Once logged in you can to check your booking and download your tickets.

If you don’t have your booking reference, just scroll down to “forgotten my details” and pop in the email address you booked with. This will resend your booking confirmation with details of your booking – sometimes this goes into your junk folder.

Which chefs will be appearing on which days?

What menus will the restaurants be serving?

I have a dietary requirement will I be able to eat?

We are working closely with our chefs to ensure all dietary requirements are catered for. Each pub or restaurant will have a vegetarian or vegan offering available. 

We are unable to publish a list of allergens in advance, due to the outdoor catering environment things might change and we don’t want you to rely on old information. 

However, allergens will be published on the festival guides and clearly displayed at each restaurant onsite.

Is the event accessible?

I require a carer’s ticket – how can I get one?

Our carer ticket process has changed for 2023. 

You can still claim one complimentary Carer ticket per person if needed. You can now book a Carer ticket on the SEE tickets booking page when purchasing your other tickets.

To do this, please select your desired tickets and then select a free of charge Carer ticket (please note you must have at least one adult ticket on your booking to be able to select a Carer ticket). Once you have completed the ticket check out & received your SEE Tickets confirmation email , you will need to email [email protected] with your booking reference and proof of eligibility. 

Once your request is approved, SEE Tickets will dispatch your carer ticket.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A CARER TICKET YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE PROOF OF ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:

A valid Access Card with a +1 symbol

Blue Badge

A copy of a current award letter of DLA

PIP

Attendance Allowance or similar

Impairment specific registration card / certificate or A recent personal letter of support from your hospital specialist clearly stating the need for a substantial amount of support from another person.

I would like to attend both the afternoon and the evening session – do you have a ticket for this?

Yes, you can purchase a Super Saturday Ticket, read more info here 

Please note that you will need to leave the site at the end of the afternoon to enable the team to clean and prepare the site for the evening session.

Can I make a large group booking?

You can make Group bookings: for parties over 10, tickets can be booked by emailing [email protected] (subject to availability). Once this has been confirmed, the reservation will be held for 2 weeks. Please note: The deadline for making reservations will be 4 weeks before the event. 

 

Can children enter the VIP Lounge?

The VIP Lounge at all Pub in the Park shows is strictly 16+.

Everyone needs a VIP ticket to enter the VIP Lounge, please note there is no child’s VIP ticket price.

Do children need tickets?

All children regardless of age will need a ticket. This can be added at the time of booking. Children aged 5 and under are free of charge. 

Can I bring my dog / pet?

Unfortunately not. As much as we love pets, Pub in the Park isn’t pet friendly. We are unable to allow animals onsite unless they are service dogs. 

Do you sell family tickets?

Yes, there are a limited number of family tickets for our afternoon and Lazy Sunday sessions only. 1 family ticket gives entry to 2 adults and 2 children (aged 6 to 15).

Can I bring my own food and drink?

As we are a food festival we don't allow food and drink from outside to be brought in, with the exception of water and baby food.

Will there be parking at the event?

There will be parking available at the event but it will be limited, and priority given to blue badge holders. Closer to each event we will publish details.

We encourage you to walk or use public transport where possible.

Are tickets refundable or exchangeable?

All purchases are final. We can’t refund tickets or exchange them for another location or date.

Alternatively, you can give the tickets to friends or family.

What are your Covid policies?

Each event will follow the current government guidelines at the time. We are constantly monitoring any changes and will keep all bookers updated.
