Originally from Derbyshire Dom started his career at Fischers’ Baslow hall before spending 15 years in London working for some of the top chefs in the capital including Anthony Demetre, Adam Byatt & Tom Aikens. Dom also has experience in all aspects of the restaurant industry from fine dining restaurants to gastropubs & also a long tenure in Dubai as a group executive chef before returning to the UK to open the Blackbird which was awarded a Michelin star within a year. Dom is Married to Marliz with two Daughters, Paloma & Matilda.
