Fresh from its debut in Marlow and Chiswick last summer, we’re excited to be introducing The Firepit to Tunbridge Wells! Hosted by Adam Purnell AKA Shropshire Lad, The Firepit will be your one-stop shop for sizzling cooking sessions from a variety of chefs across the weekend. Searing steaks, charred seafood and all those delicious smoky smells in the air are guaranteed to make it a highlight of your visit.

Swaledale Butchers work with a network of around 30 small, family-run farms and smallholdings dotted around the wildly beautiful Yorkshire Dales who exclusively rear the hardy, native livestock breeds of Britain. Swaledale’s artisan butchers dry-age beef, pork and lamb in their Himalayan salt ageing chamber. Award-winning sausages and bacon are also made on site, using the same native breeds.
