Hosted by American Smokehouse Chefs Sam & Shauna, The Firepit will be your one-stop shop for sizzling cooking sessions from a variety of chefs across the weekend. Searing steaks, charred seafood and all those delicious smoky smells in the air are guaranteed to make it a highlight of your visit.

Swaledale Butchers work with a network of around 30 small, family-run farms and smallholdings dotted around the wildly beautiful Yorkshire Dales who exclusively rear the hardy, native livestock breeds of Britain. Swaledale’s artisan butchers dry-age beef, pork and lamb in their Himalayan salt ageing chamber. Award-winning sausages and bacon are also made on site, using the same native breeds.
