Through my cake craft I developed an interest in chocolate and having attend the Barry Callebaut Academy in Banbury to increase my skills to include chocolate making. After completing Level One I was totally hooked and have since gone on to do two more levels. My whole outlook on the fine flavour, look and quality has changed and I am always developing new flavours to increase the chocolates that I offer.
