Brighton institution & multi award winning ‘The Chilli Pickle’ founded by Head Chef Alun & Dawn Sperring opened its doors in Brighton 14 years ago.
The concept was inspired by their travels and passion for India with its diverse food and culture paired with a nod to the British love affair with the “old school curry house”.
