Pub in the Park owns and operates food and drink events in the United Kingdom. The legal entity which is responsible for data is Pub in the Park Festivals Limited (registered number 14929578 and with registered offices at 8 Bisham Village, Marlow Road, Marlow. Buckinghamshire, SL7 1RR) 

When you interact with us through the Pub in the Park Festivals website (www.pubintheparkuk.com) or through attendance at one of our events, such as Pub in the Park, the Al Fresco Theatre or Travelling Feast, or otherwise, you may provide, or we may collect, certain information from which you are personally identifiable (referred to as personal data). For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679) and the UK GDPR (and all other laws relating to the use your personal data) (collectively, the “Privacy Laws”), Pub in the Park Festivals is the “data controller”, meaning that we decide the reasons why your data is used. We also anonymise and aggregate personal data (so that it does not personally identify you). This is not personally identifiable, so we are allowed to use this for any purpose (such as testing our systems and carrying out customer research and analysis).

We do not currently transfer your personal data outside of the UK / EEA. If this changes in the future, we will ensure a similar degree of protection is afforded to such transfers by ensuring at appropriate safeguards are implemented.

HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

Once you no longer wish to be engaged with us we may still need to keep hold of your data if there is a legal reason for doing so (e.g. for tax purposes or where we are resolving a dispute with you), but we will only retain the data which is strictly necessary for such reason and thereafter, will remove this data from our systems.
