Born on July 27, 1970, in Norwich, England, Tom and Rob Aikens are distinguished British chefs known for their innovative approach to modern European cuisine. Beginning his culinary journey at the Michelin-starred restaurant Pierre Koffmann in London, Tom later worked at esteemed establishments, including Joël Robuchon's three-starred restaurant in Paris. In 1999, at 26, he became the youngest British chef to earn two Michelin stars. His brother, Rob Aikens, also shares a passion for fine dining with both brothers contributing to the culinary landscape.
