Exmoor Caviar was set up in 2010 to become the UK’s first caviar producer. Set in the foothills of the Exmoor National Park, we utilise the naturally filtered water from the River Mole to grow out our sturgeon. The quality of this water, alongside the pure Cornish Sea Salt we use to season the roe gives us our unique flavour which has become a favourite of over 100 Michelin Stars in the UK.
