Pub in the Park is pleased to announce that Collision Course, a brand new restaurant concept by chefs Sabrina Gidda and Thom Bateman, will make its debut at this year’s shows.

 

With a longstanding friendship and shared passion for bold flavours, Gidda and Bateman bring together their unique culinary perspectives and experiences to create a dining experience like no other - and Pub in the Park ticket holders will have the opportunity to experience the concept before anyone else.

 

Their collaboration began with successful supper clubs hosted at Chef Bateman's renowned restaurant, The Flintlock, where guests were treated to a tantalizing fusion of Gidda and Bateman's signature dishes. Inspired by the overwhelming response and their shared vision for culinary innovation, the duo decided to establish Collision Course, a space where their creative genius could flourish.
