Head Chef Joshua Moroneys’ extensive experience in the world of smoked barbecue has enabled him to explore diverse cooking techniques, flavours and methods whilst fusing it with an array of inspirations and experiences and developed an entirely unique cooking style. Having worked with the likes of Brad Mcdonald and David Carter from Smokestack, Josh has fully embraced the London BBQ scene before taking his unique spin on it. 

 

Cue Points’ director Mursal Saiqs' Afghan heritage runs throughout the company from the branding through to the menus. She is focused on creating inclusive online and offline spaces and is using the medium of food to bridge the social gaps.
