Ollie Pudney is the co-owner and Executive Chef of the Bull & Last in Highgate, London. In collaboration with business partner joe Swiers they are warmly regarded as one of the best food pubs in the capital.

 

 After 10 successful years of trading and numerous awards behind them the Bull & Last has returned to its former glory as a Coaching Inn with the addition of 7 bed and breakfast rooms – opening June 2021

 

Epitomising all that is great about British cooking and looking to neighbouring Hampstead Heath for inspiration, Ollie offers a daily changing A la Carte menu featuring thoughtfully sourced and seasonally creative dishes.  Across the road, within the 780 acres of Hampstead Heath, picnic bags are available throughout the Spring & Summer months which can be washed down with their legendary house beer ‘So Solid Brew’.

 

Their debut book ‘The Bull & Last Coaching Inn’ featuring a foreword by Giles Coren was published by Whitefox Publishing Group on 4th December 2020.
