Made In Oldstead, by Michelin-starred chef Tommy Banks, creates high-end dining experiences wherever you are. Founded in 2020 when COVID-19 forced restaurants to close, Tommy and his team began transforming their menus into finish-at-home food boxes for the local community. Fast forward nearly two years, and Made In Oldstead now delivers multi-course menus across the UK to hundreds of people every week - creating special, restaurant-quality moments in the comfort of your home. Using the same cooking methods and preserving techniques as his two Michelin-starred restaurants, The Black Swan and Roots, Tommy's Made in Oldstead menus reflect the changing seasons and the bounty of local produce, as well as the ingredients grown in the restaurant garden and farm.
