2024 sees a major expansion of the well known and loved Firepit theatre, just one of the homes to these demo’s. Not only will you be able to watch specialist firepit chefs create some amazing recipes, but you’ll also be able to eat dishes from the all-new fire food restaurant next door. Cooking and serving dishes over the open fire right in front of your eyes Hangfire BBQ Smokehouse, remains one of the most award-winning BBQ businesses in the UK and will be bringing their BBQ style which fuses southern US soul food with slow and low BBQ. 

Temper, one of the best smokehouses in London will also be bringing their popular restaurant to the festivals, serving up their infamous dishes cooked over open fire.
