DJ BBQ isn’t just a culinary name, he’s a culinary experience. With a background in broadcasting, Christian Stevenson, AKA DJ BBQ, has built a following through fiery Youtube videos, unique festival appearances and celebrity chef interviews. He’s coined the term ‘Catertainment’ – bringing food, fun and energy to his live cooking appearances (which include Camp Bestival and The Big Feastival). Not only is he a trail blazing barbeque cook, DJ BBQ is also a published author, with three best-selling BBQ titles to his name. Truly a man on fire.

 

JULIET SEAR

Juliet is a baking expert, cook, food stylist, TV presenter and international best-selling author, who prides herself on writing easy to follow recipes and bakes for home cooks who love to entertain. Her down to earth style makes her a favourite with amateur bakers in the UK, Australia, the US and beyond. She is the go-to expert for brands who are looking for out of the ordinary food challenges and creative food projects (including experiential, edible art installations). Juliet often writes for BBC Good Food, Sainsbury’s magazine and regularly appears on ITVs This Morning and has her own ITV show, Beautiful Baking with Juliet Sear.

 

SIMON TAYLOR AKA SIMON THE BUTCHER

Simon’s passion for the butchery industry started at the age of thirteen when he took his first job in traditional high street butchers’ shop. It was from there that Simon’s love for the industry began to grow and 26 years on he is now the successful owner of Surrey Hills Butchers. Simon has been very fortunate to have worked with some amazing people within the industry through social media and TV as well as appearing at some of the UK’s top festivals.

 

CALUM FRANKLIN

Dubbed “The Pie King” by Jamie Oliver, Calum Franklin is an award-winning chef and author and one of the most exciting culinary talents in the UK. Following his appointment as Executive head chef of Holborn Dining Room in 2014, Calum has combined deeply traditional cooking techniques with clever flavour combinations to create a comforting yet contemporary British menu. In 2018, Calum designed and opened Holborn Dining Room’s Pie Room, a treasure trove of savoury delicacies full of intricate creations.
