Complimentary Carer Tickets
Our Carer ticket process has changed. Please read the below before booking your tickets.
You can claim one complimentary Carer ticket per person if needed. You can now book a Carer ticket on the SEE tickets booking page when purchasing your other tickets.
To do this, please select your desired tickets and then select a free-of-charge Carer ticket (please note you must have at least one adult ticket on your booking to be able to select a Carer ticket). Once you have completed the ticket check out & received your SEE Tickets confirmation email, you will need to email [email protected] with your booking reference and proof of eligibility.
Once your request is approved, SEE Tickets will dispatch your carer ticket.
We accept the following proof:
- A valid Access Card with a +1 symbol
- Blue Badge
- A copy of a current award letter of DLA
- PIP
- Attendance Allowance or similar
- Impairment specific registration card / certificate or A recent personal letter of support from your hospital specialist clearly stating the need for a substantial amount of support from another person
Blue Badge Parking
All of our festivals have blue badge parking close to the event entrance. If you require a space and would like information on where to find them, please email [email protected] with your car registration to register your interest. Closer to the time of each event, we will be in touch with registrants to provide information on where the blue badge spaces are located. Please note, spaces are limited and fill up on a first-come first-served basis.
Event Entrance
Closer to the event we will email you all the details you need to plan your day at Pub in the Park. The event entrance will be a short distance from our blue badge parking. For those that require it, we have a fast-track disabled queue – look out for signage on the day or ask a member of staff.
Accessible Viewing Area
Each festival will have a designated area for accessible viewing so you can enjoy all the action on the mainstage. This will be labelled on our festival map and signposted at the event.
Disabled Toilets
All of our events have wheelchair accessible toilets in the main toilet block, close to the mainstage accessible viewing area, and in the VIP lounge. These will be labelled on our festival map and signposted at the event.
Will there be seating at the event?
There will be seating dotted around the festival, but our furnished VIP lounge is the most comfortable way to enjoy Pub in the Park. Camping chairs are generally not allowed at the festival, however if you aren't able to stand for long periods of time then please email us at [email protected] We will need to authorise you bringing a camping chair with you.
